The hotel was located on the top floor, offering a very pleasant stay with a comfortable bed, coffee facilities, fridge, and microwave. The room was small but decent and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere. The service, especially from Ann Marie Garcia, was extraordinarily congenial and helpful, adding a personal touch to my experience. The location was incredible, with easy access to the airport and downtown areas through the shuttle service. The dining options were plentiful and fresh, although typical of hotel breakfast offerings. Overall, a great value for money with welcoming gestures like evening appetizers and beverages.

The hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms had some maintenance issues and a strange smell. The location was convenient for our trip, but we expected more for the price.

The service was exceptional with very helpful and friendly staff who made the stay pleasant. The airport shuttle service was appreciated but could be noisy due to its location.
